Staff

The institute collaborates with the most competent specialists as well as designers of instrumentation for air and space craft in Russia, taking the advantage of gathering them on an inter discipline and belonging status.

The institute works in close cooperation under its holding structure “IIAAT Holding JSC”, part of Skolkovo.

In particular, JSC and the institute are developing highly innovative AEROBOATS with hybrid engine (for the first time in the world).

The propellers are rotated by small lightweight electric motor, the power for which is produced by low-powered diesel generator with stationary optimum mode of operation, solar panels and rechargeable battery, charged from an external source.

Innovative Nano-Material based Anti-Friction Technology is effectively used to reduce energy losses onboard. As a result, high energy efficiency and ecological friendliness of the vehicle are duly ensured. Remote diagnostics of the vehicle and assistance in troubleshooting are provided using satellite communication channel and IoT.

On 18th April 2017, at the President Hotel in Moscow, this project was highly appreciated during the VIII Forum Info-Space organized by Russian Academy of Sciences and Administration of President of Russian Federation.

On 31st May, this project was awarded gold medal as the most innovative project in Eurasian Territory, the certificate was signed by Academician of RAS and Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Dr.Sergey Y. Glazyev.
